• Air conditioning cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance
• CCTV system installation, repair, and maintenance
• Related on-site technical services

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and final assessment.

2. Bookings & Ocular Visits

• Online bookings and inquiries are requests only, not final confirmation
• Final pricing may require an ocular inspection
• We reserve the right to adjust quotations based on actual site conditions

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown are indicative and subject to change
• A downpayment may be required to confirm booking or installation
• Full payment terms will be clearly communicated before service execution

Failure to settle required payments may result in service cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must notify us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling
• Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of downpayment, if applicable

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate service details and site information
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service area
• Secure personal belongings during installation or repair

6. Warranty & Limitations

• Workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be specified per service
• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment
• We are not liable for pre-existing wiring, structural issues, or third-party equipment defects

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, IMCOOL shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses caused by power issues, internet outages, or force majeure
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, images, designs, and materials are the property of IMCOOL and may not be copied without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Unsafe or hostile working conditions exist
• These Terms are violated

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
